Where it all started
My passion for baking started at a young age spending my weekends trying out new recipes and making a mess in the kitchen !
As my passion grew I knew there was potential for me to succeed in this line of work and decided to take the step and start Home Bakes.I am forever gratefull for all the support I recived to make this business as successfull as it is.
My Vision
I can see great visions for this business having achieved so many already and striving to achieve more with every day that passes.
My Education
Setting up a business requires hard work determination and a lot of creativity. I was always entrepreneurial driven and it has got me to where I am today.
When I completed my leaving cert I decided to Study Business in ATU Galway this gave me valuable knowledge and information that I needed to lead a successful business. I graduated with a level 8 honors degree and decided to go back to ATU to study Baking and Pastry skills to progress my skills with baking. After this i still continue to take part in night courses and take any available opportunities that I can to be the best version that I can be.
